Patrick has 21 years of real estate experience in New York City and other select markets around the United States.
Prior to joining SJP, Patrick worked with Arden Group for four and a half years, where he spearheaded the growth of the office investment platform and, for the last two years there, Patrick directed the day-to-day fundraising, strategy, deal sourcing, and asset management responsibilities for the multifamily and student housing assets acquired in the firm’s qualified opportunity zone fund.
Patrick previously worked for 14 years at Murray Hill Properties in New York City, where he managed investments across the value-add lifecycle, from sourcing through disposition, including oversight of financial due diligence, deal structuring and capitalization, business plan development, and plan execution.
